1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by The Network Medya ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti ("Company", "we", "us"), including our website, mobile application, and desktop application (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 3. User Accounts
3.1. Account Creation
Access to the Services requires a user account created by an authorized administrator within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties
3.3. Account Termination
You may request account deletion at any time through the application or by contacting us at info@thenetwork.tr. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Our Rights
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and interfaces, are owned by The Network Medya ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5.2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Services (files, documents, images, data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Network Medya ve Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notification or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
